塞勒姆假日飯店(Holiday Inn Salem (I-93 at Exit 2))

The receptionist were awesome. Only thing I will say is be careful with the younger crowds who are using pool passes as they like to hop around and also vape in the bathroom. Other than that, great experience. And please fix the jacuzzi lol we miss it.

The property was great. We had an incredible time celebrating our niece’s wedding! The front desk and house keeping staff were tip top. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was the breakfast at the sunrise cafe, with our server. We were seated, and sat there for a good 20 minutes before the other server started up with out drinks. Then our server came over took our order and then disappeared again, not even half way through our meal she came over with the check and dropped it on the table and said “done yet” and walked away. When she finally came back, I asked for an orange juice, she picked up the check, gave me a dirty look and walked away again. When she brought my OJ, she yet again dropped the check and almost gave me a bath in the OJ. I will stay at this property again, but I will NEVER AGAIN eat at the sunrise cafe.

My room was not clean. The lamp was askew, bed was rumpled. My room had a bright lamp post with LED lights directly into my room. Worse, the room was right next to a busy road so I heard traffic all night. The hotel was $75 more expensive than others across the street. Breakfast was not included either. Go to Red Roof inn or Quinta Hotel. Their hotel was cheaper, cleaner and had a great breakfast included.

the elavators did not work properly. i had to use stairs which for most is not a problem but needing a knee replacement made for a tryimg weekend.the hotel was booked buy some younger hokey teams and thier parents who ran through the hall until very late in the night.

Pro: room was spacious Cons: no breakfast or dinner option available at property, brown stains in bathtub, no hot water, seemingly no staff around. This hotel could be so much more but we definitely won’t be back.

Hotel staff was great, building was old but clean, pool was good, hottub was old but worked well.

This hotel is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at, with a great breakfast menu as well

The Hotel had no power when we got there. The Head House Keeper directed us to another hotel.

Booked king got queen. Room in area of hotel under construction-hallways very cold no carpet on hallway floor. Room had not been well vacuumed. Tub difficult to get in and out of to shower. Heater in room was loud.
