I was looking for a nice place to stay during our pilgrimage trip and came across this stay which matched my location requirement. Coincidentally one of my friend shared her experience and expressed good feedback. My first impression was positive when I had to move the dates to a later month due to a demise within relatives. Mr. Sarvanan, who was handling the front desk took cognizance and helped me move the stay to the desired dates, all this was taken care by a simple assurance and email. Upon check-in we were greeted with a warm smile which helped us settle in. The only feedback to enhance the check-in process is to help move guests luggage upon check-in (although I did not have any issues handling my luggage many Customers would prefer this service after paying good price). Later during the stay we had to phone in late in the evening and they helped us arrange dinner and delivered it to our room on time. We found the staff members very polite and always sporting a genuine smile ready to serve Customers. They even helped us with basic information about the city and food joints to explore. Whenever we needed something the staff members were very proactive on WhatsApp easing the effort. Overall it was a great experience staying at Zibe and would love to visit again and recommend to friends and family. Special shoutout to Mr. Sarvanan, Rajesh, Santosh, Azhar and even the security personal who all contributed to a well deserved feedback!

Value for Money. Morning complimentary breakfast was excellent. Rooms are spacious. Neat and clean. Situated in the main locality.

Good room/bathroom, bed and linen, bathroom amenities/toiletry supplies. Highly welcoming and courteous staff, attended car parking facilities. Though location is good, being near a junction and in a main bazaar area, entry and exit of cars is inconvenient though the same is assisted by the hotel staff. Providing courtesy/nominally charged accommodation for the car diver of the guest would prove to be a colorful feather to the hotel.

Spacious rooms in a centrally located commercial neighbourhood. Rooms could be maintained better as there was a pungent smell in our room.

The breakfast was excellent. - variety, sambar, and dosa. The chicken curry was exceptional tasty according to my daughter. The cleanliness of the hotel and ample parking was impressive.

I had the stay in this hotel more than 5-6 times. In general this hotel is managed very well giving the top most priority to the best house keeping with all hygiene & cleanliness! All their Staff are well behaved & customer frienly! Many varieties are served in the complimentary Break fast! The hotel management is sincerely trying to be eco firendly in all possible ways! But their charges are very high which has to be reduced atleast 30% from the present level if it expects customer satisfaction for the amount paid by the customer! They can reduce the varieties in the breakfast; but the room rent should be minimum ₹800 less than the present! This hotel is having very limited surrounding space/ parking space & accordingly the customers visitng this hotels are not coming with a very high expectation for a 5-star hotel! For the present charges levied, it is equal to that of 5-star hotel charges! There are some loopholes in the interior designs of the rooms! Toilet walls has been made with glass which is not sound proof as well as not able to ensure the provacy! The inner side of the tiolet is easily visible to the other roommates even though it is in closed condition! Many times requested the hotel mamangement to correct it; but no response from the hotel management! Similarly the window curtains in the windows are not able to fully cover the visibility from outside the hotel which has also been not corrected by the mangement even after repeated requests!
