Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber, das Zimmer groß und geräumig und das Bett war bequem.

I came into town for a wedding. After driving 5 hours, I checked in , got to my room and it was bring cleaned. Check-in was at 3 and I arrived around 4pm. After attending the wedding I returned to my room and there was a roach on the desk. I called the front desk and a woman answered. I informed her what I had found and she asked if she should come up to the room to kill it. I told her yes. About 15 mins later I called back and a male answered and told me she went him. Terrible place and poor customer service

Very disappointed with the facilities as the room had roaches, we were moved to another room and yes roaches again. I would like to say the staff at the desk did their best to resolve the issue and were more than apologetic for the situation and made sure to speak with the GM who approved a refund for the trouble which I do appreciate. It was not the staff's fault, but the owners need to resolve the bug problem.

Decent property, a bit overpriced tho.. and the extra money for breakfast only applies to the weekends when weekend rates are already higher is an issue for me

We had a room on the first floor and the hall was like a sauna and our room felt damp. The bar was to be open until midnight, but it was closed when we came in at 10:30.

Wedding going on, not enough staff, spent a good amount to do an event at dreampark and could not sleep. Wedding party set off fire alarms, and sprayed fire extinguishers in hallways. It was absolutely horrid. I wasted money and got ZERO sleep. Not an employee said I am sorry for anything. Other options right in the same complex suggestion stay at one with employees that are proactive and not partying with the wedding part and doing their jobs.

Fellow teammate found a roach in their room a few doors down. We found a dead roach in between our adjoining rooms. Upon checking out , we found a large bate box behind a dresser. Clearly they have an issue.

The property is extremely dated- desperately needs an update

There is no issue with this hotel, except that they canceled my booking without any notice, and it is impossible to get a refund from **********. I booked it for a co-worker who showed up late only to find out that the hotel had cancelled his room without contacting him. They did book him a room elsewhere that he had to pay for, and there was no mention of the refund for the initial room, or any further contact. I would be happy to alter the review once the situation was resolved.
