Best Place To Stay In Salem The entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. The staff was sweet. Even when I accidentally parked in the wromg spot and had to move, they were very nice about it. The after office hours check in went smoothly. Our room was absolutely perfect. The fresh snacks every day were top notch! My girlfriend was so excited about them every day. The coffee bar was nice. Everything is within walking distance. I will definitely be staying here again.

We checked in after hours so no staff to help us but the directions for what to do after hours was spot on. We just had a difficult time with our heavy luggage walking up 3 flights of stairs. All the snack amenities were awesome. We always got in too late at night to enjoy a fresh hot cookie but it’s a great touch.

Awesome hotel with loads of character. Felt like stepping into a Tim Burton film and I mean that in a very good way. Great location, great staff, will definitely be back next time I’m in Salem

This was our best accommodation on our road trip and we do missed this place. This place is a mix between a Hotel and a bed and Breakfast (Without the host leaving there). We just felt right at home. The location is perfect to do do everything on foot. The parking (Extra Charge) was right behind the hotel. Communication was excellent. Kitchen very well equipped for Hot drinks, +++ Free Nespresso machine, Free snacks, amazing hot cookies served at 4pm. The living room is a lovely place to hang out (Amazing when you are jet lagged and you don't want to wake up the whole room at 5 am) The room was big enough for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids). Just loved the place and would love to come back one day.

I really enjoyed the 24/7 snack and beverage options. The hospitality was amazing and very helpful staff.

Amazing experience! Am amazing hotel and I cannot stress enough how close it is to everything. You absolutely must stay here!
