I’m honestly heartbroken and appalled by the state of this place. What was meant to be a peaceful and restful stay turned into a horrifying experience that left me feeling deeply upset and uncomfortable. The lounge carpets were so dirty and stained, I felt uneasy even walking barefoot. It was impossible to relax in such unhygienic conditions. The bedding was old, worn-out, and broken — there was no sense of comfort or care. The towels were equally disappointing — used, stained, and far from clean. It felt like we were using leftovers from a place that had long stopped caring about its guests. The breakfast area was a disaster. Tables were untidy, floors not cleaned, and the hot buffet area was simply revolting. Food was left exposed with no clear hygiene in place — it was honestly stomach-turning. This experience left me feeling completely let down. I had hoped for rest and peace, but instead left with stress, frustration, and a strong desire to warn others. No one deserves to be treated this way. Hospitality should feel warm and welcoming — this felt careless and cold.

Staff were very welcoming. Pleasant outlook over Saldanha Bay. Hotel feels a little dated. Comfortable bed. Gym in desperate need for a revamp or dedicate more space and do a new one properly. Breakfast service good, but food selection could be better. Functional more than satisfying stay.
