Great stay with excellent ambience and a responsive host. Food was tasty but a bit expensive. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience

Stay is excellent, old Portuguese place , well maintained, responsive staff, special mention to Anil, quite pleased… Slightly highly priced, food at a premium cost, would love to visit again.

The property itself is quite large and maintenance is upto mark. Service team makes sure all requirements are fulfilled. Anilji made sure all requirements are accomodated

Amazing property! You should definitely stay here if you are in South, it is in a small village called Assolna Portuguese villa, which will give you a perfect wife of South Goa, and reach out to Anil Bhaiya for anything because he will incorporate all your needs and preferences, and he is the life of the property

We had a good stay with family of 3 from 27th Feb to 1st March (2 Nights). Property is located on the main road around 5-6 km from Cavelossim Beach and 7 Km from Varca Beach. We had a Goa local Cocum as welcome drink. It was very fresh and tasty. Staff was excellent and good hospitality especially Mr. Anil very helpful and cooperative. Wonderful experience of pool side breakfast. Food quality was good. Only missing thing is there was no TV and Refrigerator in the room which caused lots of inconvenience as they don't provide water bottles and outside water bottle can not be kept cold. Also referifator is an essential and missing. Also room furniture and carpets looks very old and need paint or replacement. A balcony room with balcony view was Excellent. Overall 4 out of 5 marks.

The highlight was the food—it was simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and offered a great variety of dishes. The staff was warm, attentive, and ensured a wonderful experience. The guest house also had a well-organized office space, making it convenient for work. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and excellent food. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Goa!
