Stayed here for one night passing through Salamanca. Chose this place as it was budget, good reviews and secure parking on site. Also very easy for the motorway, but close to city centre. Excellent value for money. The reception staff was really helpful and gave me a map with walking route into the centre plus taxi ranks. Rooms are great. Nice showers and comfy beds. Excellent buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

Nos alojamos 3 parejas del 31/10 al 1/11 porque nos pillaba de paso. Nos encantó la atención del personal y la limpieza de las habitaciones. Estaba todo muy bien. Un sitio bastante rústico y vintage.Por poner una pega era la insonorización, ya que se escuchaba todo. Por lo demás está muy bien para pasar una noche se pasó por Salamanca. Calidad-precio adecuada

Depois de reservar 2 quartos através do Booking, uma das reservas de um quarto foi cancelada 1 dia antes da chegada. As regras do hostal impoem que só devolvem o dinheiro dessa reserva se o cancelamento for feito com 2 dias de antecedência.... até aqui tudo certo. Os hospedes que iriam ficar no quarto que manteve a reserva chegaram.... e surpresa, disseram que não tinham qualquer registo dia reserva, nem através do respectivo código emitido pelo Booking, nem pelo nome da pessoa que fez a reserva. Os respectivos hospedes ainda tentaram ligar várias vezes para o número telefone indicado (o check in é feito online)... mas não obtiveram apoio. Disseram que sem reserva e sem os dados online, nada feito. Os hospedes ainda tentaram enviar os dados online mas sem sucesso devido a dificuldade de acesso à net. Não conseguiram ficar no hostal e tiveram de procurar alternativa de alojamento à ultima hora, porque da parte do Hostal simplesmente desligaram o telefone na cara dos hospedes Foi feita reclamação no Booking que tratou imediatamente de solicitar esclarecimentos ao hostal... e a resposta foi... não há qualquer problema, os quartos foram ocupados pelos hosoedes (como é possível afirmar isto, se um quarto foi cancelado e os hospedes que deveriam ficar no outro quarto tiveram de encontrar outro alojamento?). No dia seguinte os hospedes ligaram oara o hostal, pedindo explicações por tal afirmação falsa, e obtiveram como resposta que o hostal não assumia qualquer responsabilidade por não terem ocupado os quartos pois não fizeram corretamente o check in. Ou seja primeiro não tinham qualquer reserva, depois já tinham reserva mas não assumiam a responsabilidade por desprezarem o desespero dos hospedes. Apenas remataram jo final dizendo que iriam cobrar na mesma o valor dos quartos independentemente de terem sido usados ou não. Lavaram as mãos e desoigaram o telefone novamente. Parabéns, rico exemplo de hospitalidade espanhola.

我們終於無法出於COVID的理由去,因爲菜是禁的,但是從酒店裏他們迅速回復取消,還給我們金額。他們非常友好,酒店完全有信心。薩拉曼卡一旦打開,我們就必然會走了。完全推和完全信任。

Booked here last minute on travel through Spain. It has several options which appealed to us: family rooms with kitchenette, pets welcomes, 24 hour check-in, secure parking, walking distance to city centre. There are other options for families with small children but none/few with the above conveniences. The positives: The area is easily reachable with a drop-off in front. Underground, secure parking is right around the corner with direct elevator access to the lobby/rooms. The facilities and rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was modern with good quality towels. Beds were comfortable. Some other reviewers complained about the distance to the old centre but frankly its 1 km! Come on! If you are using bus transport its right across the street from the bus terminal but its not a big city terminal which usually attracts ”colourful” characters. There's several eating options at the terminal. The underground parking was great in that the spaces were very large and it was secure. The negatives: As we arrived late the garage door was closed and wouldn't open automatically with the parking ticket so my wife had to get out and walk around to the lobby to ask they remotely open it. The air-con was a little noisy. The blind on our window was stuck closed so we couldn't let any daylight in, but we were just there for sleeping and bathing. The furniture is nothing special but functional.

位置還不錯，在古城與海灘之間，到火車站也有公交車，房間也挺寬敞的，衛浴、牀鋪都不錯，符合五星的一般性要求，早餐還有提升的空間，但酒店附近好像是商務區，購物、吃飯都不是很方便
