Het hotel bevind zich in de bekende winkelcentra “Cadde54 AVM” Mocht je het leuk vinden kan je er winkelen tot 22:00 uur of naar films. Persoonlijk vond ik dat heel handig. Ik ging bijvoorbeeld regelmatig met mijn vrouw naar beneden om bij Big Chefs een kop koffie te drinken. De suit is goed geïsoleerd je hebt absoluut geen geluidsoverlast. Je kan enkel met een persoonlijk pasje de lift bedienen en zo naar je suite toe. Erg veilig! De suite is ruim 80m2 een grote woonruimte met een open keuken, zeer ruime slaapkamer met veel kastruimte en een grote moderne badkamer. Ontbijt was inbegrepen en ook heerlijk uitgebreid bij de patteserie meteen naast het hotel Factory Karakoy. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij zijn in het bijzonder uitstekend geholpen door Batuhan onze dank hiervoor. Echt een aanrader. 👌🏼

split AC units shut down completely without notice. sleepless nights. we changed rooms and yet still the split ac units switch off completely without any possibility of function. after endless technical survey the conclusion was that the ac units are connected to a central system of the whole compound inclusive of the mall which means according to them that in winter timing the ac systems switch yo heat! however the heat didn’t work and the ac’s wont work at all in two rooms. they suggested that we open the windows to cool off. Why should i open or close any window????? loose electrical wirings in toilets. loose broken electrical points. despite the struggle of ZERO AC i decided to stay and i lost a room key and when i asked for a replacement a gentleman asked me to pay 50 Turkish Liras, i refused and i told them they need to refund me for every sleepless night of no ac, the conversation ended and i went up to the room. However due to my mothers blood pressure condition i decided to check out one night earlier since the AC problem was never resolved and drove straight 2 hours to Istanbul and had a peaceful sleep. i don’t recommend this hotel to anyone before they resolve the mentioned
