小湖泊飯店(Hotel le Petit Lac)

Paysage enchanteur avec fleurs, balançoire, patio. Petit Lac avec quai flottant avec possibilité de faire du kayak, pédalo sans frais supplémentaires. Piscine, spa, sauna. Le jeune homme à la réception très gentil!

Chambre super propre manque un peu tit peu d’amour côté décoration et dans la literie mais très propre sinon le site est magnifique dans la nature spa piscine petit lac privé . Sinon le téléphone ne captes pas beaucoup et le wifi est pas top alors vraiment un endroit pour relax et décrocher

close to the bike/snowski trails. And the quaint town of St Adele, good restaurants, shopping. Rooms are a bit nosy. But suitable. Hotel does not serve food (even breakfast) but there is food shopping very near and there are many good options around.

I liked that there was a hot tub in the room but we were told that we were getting a queen bed but it was in fact, a double bed. The bed was small and clearly broken, our backs were really hurting the next dau and we even woke up during the night because of how uncomfortable we were. We were also exhausted because the room above us was so loud at 11pm and again a 7h30am, the walls were moving because of how loud it was! The staff was really nice but it was still unpleasant to not get what we paid for.

We enjoyed the little lake and the view. An area of improvement is the WiFi (mostly hit and miss).

Power went out within 15 minutes of arrival, and remained out until we left the next day. Staff did not check on guests, nor offer any flashlights or alternative lighting. Staff were unfriendly. Do not go there unless you are very fluent in French. Staff does not understand English with some French words.

Booh and I decided on a short getaway this Labour Day weekend, and stayed at Hotel Le Petit Lac, in Sainte-Adele. Being a two star hotel don’t expect to find a microwave, coffee pot or telephone - none of those basic necessities were there. The room itself is cozy with a skewed view of the lake. According to our booking information there was supposed to be bottled water in the room - nada. Plus Pooh had to go to reception (in another bldg) and ask for glasses. Premium channels were supposed to be available so if SLICE and DISCOVERY were the premium channels then we had that, otherwise it was regular cable - nothing special. The shower and tub are separate since the tub is a Jacuzzi, which was not too bad; again with the water pressure it took forever to fill. The water pressure in general was terrible; I mean non-existent. One part of staying at a hotel that is paramount is water pressure and this place lost points for that. As well the restaurant and bar were closed. That wasn’t disclosed in the booking. Luckily we called ahead and found out they was closed. We can’t walk to any place because the hotel is next to a main road. They offered a breakfast for 15$ but we didn’t check it out. With the hotel being so isolated and the shops not accessible by foot, we won’t be returning.
