One Beach Road is an architecturally stunning multi-level villa with 6 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths and extensive common spaces for relaxing, sunning, and eating. The beach front villa is secluded behind electronic gates on Pelican Point at the East End of St. Thomas and just ¾ mile from the small marina town of Red Hook. We recently added all new state of the art smart televisions in all bedrooms and living room, high-speed wireless internet throughout with a password protected router and a back-up ISP for redundancy. Sonos audio is in the living room, bedrooms, apartment and outdoors poolside along with new speakers throughout for premium sound. The main villa has 5 bedrooms (4 brand new king mattresses) a bunk room and 4.5 baths. The separate entrance bungalow private suite has a brand new king bed, brand new queen sleep sofa, a bunk bed, kitchen and full bathroom. Four of the five main villa bedrooms have amazing views of the turquoise ocean and white sand beach from each of their private balconies. Three spacious bathrooms are en-suite and there is an additional full bathroom that is perfect for the fifth bedroom and the bunk room. The bungalow private suite the sixth bedroom suite sleeping 6 people. The state-of-the-art modern kitchen has a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and the cabinets stocked with all the necessary tools to create your own dinners. Or, ask us for a private chef recommendation! There is dining table inside or choose to eat Al-fresco on the covered porch poolside. Of course, there's a beautiful poolside large BBQ where you can grill up dinner for a dozen guests. A beverage refrigerator is adjacent to the outside table, so you won’t have to go far for a cold one! A very comfortable patio, perfect for enjoying coffee every morning or drinks as the sun goes down, leads to the infinity edge pool. The beach is dotted with swaying coconut palms, sea grape trees and lounge chairs to relax. Also, a table under the shade of the sea grape trees offers a great place for a casual lunch after snorkeling or kayaking.One Beach Road sits on its own private white sand beach encompassed by a unique sand covered stone jetty. Explore the lively coral reef right in your backyard where you can see colorful tropical fish, coral, sea rays and turtles. An automatic stand-by generator supports the entire property in the event of a power outage. You will probably never notice an interruption as it kicks on in less than 4 minutes. One Beach Road is only a 5-minute drive to Red Hook where there are many bars and restaurants to choose from as well as shopping and grocery stores. Seascape’s premier, northerly hillside location is situated 200 feet above sea level to best capture the cool, Caribbean tradewinds and enhance the panoramic views. Seascape will mesmerize you from sunrise to sunset. Have your morning coffee with daybreak over the easterly facing British Virgin Islands. Panoramic, unspoiled Hans Lollick island lies two miles directly offshore. During February & March, the migrating humpback whales splash in these warm waters, adding a surreal touch to nature’s breathtaking backdrop. Spectacular evening sunsets over the westerly facing, Peterborg peninsula can be savored with a glass of fine wine. Nighttime brings even more romance with moonlight on the water, star gazing and the twinkling houselights of St. Thomas and Jost Van Dyke.The villa is located in the private, gated, security patrolled Mahogany Run Community. You will be greeted at the main entrance by security staff and pass the namesake mahogany trees on your the way to your oceanview destination. Seascape is a luxurious, 3 bedroom home which has been beautifully contoured with the surrounding landscape. This villa was completed in 2007 and was carefully designed for easy access without a single stair encountered from the exterior and throughout the main level. The house simply flows from the covered carport, through the privacy gate and flowering gardens to an expansive covered breezeway for outdoor, al fresco dining, with an adjacent infinity pool, spa, lounge area and into the main level. You will have plenty of room to spread out - with 3200 square feet of interior space and an additional 1200 square feet of outdoor living space. The lighted, salt water, Infinity pool is 10 feet wide by 25 feet long. Seascape is perfect for couples traveling together, or a family seeking quality time in a private, tranquil setting without the frenetic activity often experienced on resort properties.Whether you are someone with a passion for cooking or prefer to have a professional chef whip up a memorable meal in one the many acclaimed restaurants on St. Thomas, Seascape’s kitchen will not disappoint you. While beautiful on the inside, the outside “Seascape” beckons. A huge, oceanfront, full-length balcony with both covered and open seating areas adorns the front of the home. The villa’s bright main level is lined with a series of pocket doors to enjoy the stunning views from the inside and seamlessly flow out onto the front balcony, pool, and breezeway.The villa carries the interior design to the upper and lower levels. The upper level has two large, ocean view bedrooms. Each beautifully appointed bedroom has a comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, individually controlled AC unit and unforgettable ocean views. The lower level has a home theater entertainment area with a large flat screen TV, surround sound audio system, DVD, CD player and two rows of comfortable leather seating in full air conditioned comfort for evening family get-togethers. A convertible queen size sofa with a comfortable gel mattress is also located on the lower level. A half bath and a closet adjacent to the sofa seating area allow this area to easily be used for an additional two guests if needed. Magens Bay is a pristine, environmentally protected 68 acre park with nature trails, arboretum, coconut groves.
