Good location, but unit needs to be updated The location is good as you can walk across the street to the beach. Plenty of parking and pool area was good. Unit itself was very outdated and not clean. Furniture was worn out and very uncomfortable. Mattress was so bad it was almost impossible to sleep. The kitchen faucet dripped and the bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter. Floors and faucet area were all dirty. There was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, which was nice, but the light didn’t work and it was not clean. The balcony was a good size and provided a nice place to sit out and enjoy the weather. We would not stay again, unless the unit was renovated first.

I will absolutely stay there again. Communication was great, condo was clean, updated and well appointed. It was also in close walking distance to two public beach access points and the beach was not crowded .
