We loved the location, quietness, room decor, great continental breakfast, and fantastic coffee and cappuccino machine - 24/7! Every staff member and employee was top- notch - in all our interactions with them, they were so pleasant and kind.
Only a couple of things that would improve this already exceptional inn:
A corner fan to help with the heat while waiting outside for the elevator, and also a fan inside the elevator - it's very stuffy and warm.
The area outside by the elevator (car garage) needs "sprucing up." This is the only entrance and would be nice if it was painted a pleasant color and decorated with plants.

Well I had problem after problem, the first night I had no issues second night I went to the new room and the blinds were broken with no curtains(no curtains in most rooms ) so the light was just glaring through all the cracks so I asked to switch rooms. Everything was fine till the battery in the door scanner died and me and my 10year old autistic son were locked out of our room from 11ish till 12ish cant remember how long. My 3rd night was the worst it was bright first thing in the morning and the night we checked in they never changed the old pillow cases one pillow was covered in urine stains and had a HUGE dead ant in it the other one had other people's hair on it.I only found this because they had no pillows to give to my son to sleep on the pull out couch(which looked so gross) it also had no sheets in the room for it the nice clerk went and looked for some meanwhile I was going to use those two pillows for my son. Obviously i didn't.I paid 292 for one night in that room and thats what I got. Also in that same room there was a decorative toothbrush holder that people hand been using because it had green and black mold and hair plastered into the inside of it. I dont ever use those type of things but if its in the room it should be cleaned. I was told I would get some sort of compensation for all the troubles and that the manager would call me. That never happened and I paid full price for all those nights.The pool and staff were nice but still alot to deal with.

Quintessential & friendly
Easy parking. Very friendly check-in, everything was ready for us. Room was great. Shower was hot with great pressure. Breakfast was good. Check-out was easy & again, they had everything ready for us.

Knowledgeable, Friendly and Helpful Staff. Great Housekeeping team keep the rooms very clean. The daily Continental Breakfast had a great selection of food, and was very good...All in All, it was a great stay!
