Room 201 Our room was huge. Biggest hotel room we,ve ever had that wasn’t a suite. Staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered. Next to small airport that isn’t very loud and you can watch small planes landing and taking off during the day. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The pool was good in the evenings with the kids.

Der Pool war super und sauber. Das Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut und viel Auswahl. Zimmer waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich, besonders Bob von der Rezeption. Guest Laundry vorhanden, nur 75 Cent pro Wäsche. Im Fitnessstudio stand sogar ein Peleton, hab ich selten gesehen. Direkter Blick auf den Flughafen, da Hotel an der Startbahn, Zimmer aber sehr leise und ein cooles Feeling und man hat was zu gucken.

We stayed at the Home 2 Suites in Charleston just the night before and everything seemed fresh, clean and new. Upon arrival to this Home 2 Suites in St Simons we were unhappy from the very start. Check in is at 4p - we arrived at 4:35p only to be told that our room was not ready and to have a seat and wait. (Unacceptable) The building, furniture, fixtures - even the walls looked old, filthy and unkept. Staff at breakfast were rude and unfriendly. The other HUGE strike was the next morning - room service was knocking on our door at 9:30 asking “clean your room??” (At last check - check out is at 11). The front desk should be making housekeeping aware of who is still in & who has checked out! Yesterday you didn’t have a room ready at 4:30p and today you’re rushing us out an hour and a half earlier??? Do better H2S St Simons - you’re a disappointment to your brand!

The front desk person at check-in was unfriendly and unhelpful, so much so that even though we had a separate reservation for a stay beginning the next day, I cancelled it and booked a condo instead.

We had a great stay with our doggo! Waffles were delicious and the room was so nice

Very quiet, comfortable stay. Staff was more than willing to meet our needs. Would stay again!
