The ground floor has 2 bedrooms one with twin beds and the other is a zip n' link bed or can be made into 2 single beds. These are served by a shared bathroom with full facilities and shower. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. You will find the kitchen and dining room on the middle level, both rooms and very light and spacious and over look the garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room which is very well equipped. On the upper level there is the master King bedroom and an adjacent bathroom with bath and full facilities. The sitting room is also on this level with wonderful views over the Fowey River valley and surrounding open countryside. There is a large fenced garden and patio area with furniture and a gas bbq for your own use. There is the indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub that has stunning views over the Fowey River. A home-made Cornish cream tea awaits you on arrival as a warm welcome. A games room, outside play area and friendly farm animals to feed daily. We are ideally located for touring all of Cornwall with many famous attractions, beaches, N.T properties, beautiful gardens, walks and many more activities and attractions closeby.
