Ideally located in a very quiet area of Saint-Pierre, a stone's throw from the city center, the house 'Le Lounge' will seduce you with its modern decoration and its luminosity.
Modern house of 70 m² composed of a large living room and ONE bedroom, The Lounge is exposed South / West and gives directly on a private terrace with garden.
The main room is composed of a corner living room, a corner dining room and a very equipped American kitchen. Two large windows allow direct access to the wooden terrace where you will find a garden furniture in the shade of an umbrella and two sunbeds, in order to enjoy the sun during the siesta, the palm tree watching the calm And to the serenity ...
In the bathroom, separated from the toilet, there is an Italian shower.
The house is also equipped with a complete household appliance so that you do not lack anything.
You can park your car in the private car park in front of the entrance of the rental.
Take time to chat with owners Rudy and Marie. Bonitos días en Oleron
La casa esta muy bien , tal y como se ven en la fotos, la terraza cambia un poquito ya que la vegetación ha crecido. Es una terraza soleada y muy bien equipada. La equipación de la casa está de 10 no falta de nada. Hemos esta una semana completa y muy bien. Rudy es atento y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. No habla español.

Excellent emplacement et logement agréable
Le logement est confortable, bien agencé et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé. Le centre ville est situé à proximité à pied.. Et pour visiter l'île en vélo, c'était l'idéal.

Location très agréable
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette location cosy très bien équipée. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter l‘île et ses plages. Rudy est un hôte parfait. Absolument à recommander.

Quelques jours de sérénité
Suite à un accueil vraiment sympathique et un espace de vie dès plus agréable, nous avons profité de la situation centrale de notre logement sur l'île pour rayonner autour de ce dernier malgré un temps plus incertain.
Nous vous recommandons vraiment ce séjour.

Super séjour à Oléron
Location très agréable et bien placée pour sillonner l'île. Les pistes cyclables sont nombreuses et souvent bien séparées des routes. On a bien apprécié d'être en dehors des dates scolaires pour profiter tranquillement des plages et des balades avec une météo au top. Logement très confortable ,vaste pour deux et bien équipé. A bientôt Oléron.
