This spacious home has comfortable furniture, wood floors, an office, ceiling fans, laundry, dishwasher, bikes, fenced patio area with a grill in the back and open porch in the front. It's also nicely decorated. The location is very central in a historic neighborhood close to the hip Grand Central district, with easy access to downtown and the beaches. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. Kenwood home
We were in St. Petersburg for wife’s surgery The house worked out well for since it was it was close to doctors home and hospital.

Great spot in Historic Kenwood
Safe, comfortable, walkable neighborhood. Well appointed and designed VRBO space. Perfect place from which to visit St Petersburg. Came for a few days of golf and baseball and found much more.

Enjoyed our stay!
Interior of house was even nicer in person than listing pics. Communication with host was excellent. Very happy with this experience.
