Wir haben fünf Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Sehr herzlicher Empfang und schnelles Check-in. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter am Hoteleingang und an der Rezeption. Unser Zimmer fand ich etwas klein und vollgestellt aber für fünf Nächte war es ok. Das Bad war neu. Frühstück war gut aber einige Mitarbeitern waren mehr als unmotiviert. Es gab Angestellte, die nur Speisen gebracht haben und bei dem Versuch einer Bestellung wurde nur knapp gesagt "bei mir nicht" und schon wurde einem der Rücken zugedreht. Sitzplatzwünsche waren eine Zumutung, wenn dafür altes Geschirr abgeräumt werden musste. Outdoor Pool und die Hotelterrasse laden zum Verweilen ein. Vom Hotel kommt man in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Fußgängerzone und Hafen. Unbedingt Taxi für die Fahren zum/vom Flughafen od. Fähre vorbestellen.

Proche du centre ville de Saint-Peter-Port, l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme à proximité d'un parc. Ma femme et moi avons eu une très belle chambre spacieuse et confortable (excellente literie) avec vue sur le port et la mer. L'hôtel a été récemment rénové. Excellente intégration de meubles et de décorations contemporaines avec des décors et du mobilier ancien. C'est très réussi. Beaucoup de goût. L'ensemble du personnel est très accueillant, efficace et prévenant. Nous avons apprécié le restaurant pour la qualité et la créativité de sa cuisine. Le petit-déjeuner (English Breakfast) est riche, varié et de grande qualité. Nous avons été très bien servis. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel lors d'un nouveau séjour à Guernesey que nous avons adoré.

Superbe hôtel typique anglais bien placé dans les hauteurs de Saint-Peter. Service parfait . Il faut aimé le style assez ancien et classique. Petit déjeuner très bon. La chambre nécessite un petit rafraîchissement notamment la serrure de la porte de la salle de bain qui se bloquent.

Accueil 5 étoiles avec le sourire et la volonté affichée de satisfaire les clients. Chambre très vaste (nous avons été surclassés) et très confortable. Emplacement très calme. Restaurant de qualité avec service très attentionné. Petit déjeuner extraordinaire servi à table. Piscine chauffée agréable mais d'un accès peu aisé. Parking possible dans les rues autour de l'hôtel. Centre ville accessible à 10 mns à pied. Une mention particulière pour les petites attentions et notamment la boîte de chocolats!! Encore merci!!

Attention. en cas de suppression du bateau dans les 48h qui précèdent votre séjour à l'hôtel, vous ne pouvez espérer aucun remboursement de la réservation en cas de suppression de la traversée par gros temps. Réservation qui comprenait les petits déjeuners qui ne sont pas remboursés non plus. Accueil téléphonique peu aimable et personne ne parle français !!!

Very friendly welcome, helpful staff, always happy to help. Hotel is clean, tidy and very welcoming. Breakfast was gorgeous and plenty of it. Freshly cooked and very tasty. Rooms are lovely and very comfortable Only complaint and very small one, bar rices are HIGH

Absolutely fantastic experience...and now I know more about Gin!! Nibbles were amazing. A MUST experience for all. The host was very informative, engaging and entertaining. Thank you for such a brilliant presentation....first class. PS: member my banana infused Gin suggestion for the future .

We stayed here for a week. The room was very well- equipped. The only omission was a fridge. The bed was really comfortable and room service excellent. We had a lovely view of the open park just across the road. The standard of decor and communal accommodation was very high and stylish. Now to the reception staff- so warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The concierge was very personable and the Manager was around quite a bit interacting with guests. Having a joke or giving advice about sightseeing. Really nice! The restaurant staff were outstanding too. Always smiling and very efficient. Very slick service because there are plenty on duty and well- trained. The food was first class. Great breakfast choices. Dinners also were excellent. The scallops were the best I’ve tasted. I really can’t fault this hotel! We had a great stay.

The staff are second to none. They are so courteous and helpful. Our stay was wonderful. Luxurious bedding, furnishings, and bathroom accessories. Fabulous food. Location is central to the town and the excellent bus services. Would highly recommend.
