Right on St.Pete Beach. Nice Pool. Free Cabanas on Beach. Food was quite God.

standard business hotel. expected breakfast to be included but it wasn't. although the prices for breakfast in the restaurant were surprisingly reasonable. parking is free. it's a long walk from the front desk to the elevators. but other than that everything was good. rooms have fridge & microwave, which is handy for reheating leftovers. i liked the bed and pillows which is very important to me to get a good night's sleep on the road. definitely would stay again. good price.

Super Hotel mit schöner Außenanlage wirklich richtig gut. Das Personal ist super freundlich und der Empfang Top. Liegen am Strand sind inklusive. Poolanlage und Poom sind super. Strand ist super flach abfallend und perfekt für Kinder. Top Das Essen inkl Frükstück sind sehr gut. Man kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Wir kommen als Familie wieder. Hier hat alles gepasst.

Location. Pool well kept and great temperature. Cabanas great view of the gulf, only the afternoon sun forces you to flip the cover. The tiki restaurant was fantastic, great menu, great service, great evening music. The breakfast restaurant needs to train better some of their staff so they do not roll their eyes if you ask something different. Anyhow would return again.

I am giving a ONE STAR for my family's experience. I was going to be flying in very late at night. My son and his girlfriend was going to be staying with me and getting in earlier. I called the hotel that morning asking if my son could check in for me. They said no problem. All I need is his name. That night my flight was delayed and didn't land until 1:30am. My son contacted me that the front desk would not let him check in since he wasn't 25. His girlfriend and him were sleeping on the sofas in the lobby. They had just finished day three of a 14 hour a day drive. For some reason, sleeping in the lobby was ok, but checking in the room that I and they gave permission for wasn't ok. I immediately talked with the front desk and demanded that they let them into the room. They reluctantly allowed them since I was on my way. The age of check in is actually 21 so they lied right off the bat. My son is 20.5 years old. When I asked for permission for him to check in for me they never asked his age. Considering he is so close in age and I had made this arrangement they should have allowed it. When I asked the front desk clerk if he thought it strange that two people were sleeping in the lobby that late at night he said it's not uncommon. That alone should concern anyone staying at this hotel. He hadn't even asked them who they were. The next day I spoke with the manager. Her primary concern was who I talked to about my son checking in for me. she repeatedly asked

Rude and inconsiderate staff. Tried to cancel 3rd night of stat due to Hurricane Idalia. Staff wanted us to stay through a mandatory evacuation and we were charged for a night we wouldn't even be there. On top of that they were very rude and forceful about It

I was very disappointed with the nickel and diming something you associate with a cheap hotel. They ran out of towels, the balcony door was inoperable the beds and linen were cheap and housekeeping tried hard to avoid cleaning properly. None of this is a problem at $200/night but at $450 it is very poor behavior from senior management. Bar food was all paper plates and plastic forks.. should have been more upscale than this, no beach service, broken sun beds and cabanas closed at 5-5.30 pm.. so much for sunsets on the beach. I’m summary it’s all fine at $200/night.. expected much more at this price point and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a friend.

Upon checking in another guest had been issued the same room and keys. When we entered the other guests luggage was already set up and unpacked. We immediately alerted the front desk and they attempted to correct the situation by helping the other guests to the correct room. Very confusing and unorganized situation.
