Lovely sunny home tucked away for your own privacy. The home has 2 bedrooms and a full bath and a half. It has a pullout couch so the house can sleep up to six people. There is an extra guest fee for more than 4 guests of $15 per guest per night for guests older than 2 years of age. The home has a lovely fenced in backyard which provide privacy and a place for your pet. ( approved in advance ) There is a private garage on the property as well as off street parking. Interstate 94 is four blocks away for very easy for commuting. The home is closely located to downtown St. Paul Regions Hospital and many schools as well as major companies. Great location. Fantastic backyard. There is a dog park 2 miles away. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Shopping, parks, public transportation, 20 minutes from the airport. It's a great home away from home. Great for a business person, student, a person visiting or a person or family in transition. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 3 total).Please state how many pets. Memorial Day 2025 Had a wonderful time in Minneapolis!!!! This was exactly what we needed!!! Comfortable beds, fenced in backyard, great neighborhood, full kitchen! Just a great home!! Quiet and per friendly The property was clean and met all our needs. The bed was comfortable, backyard had a wooden fence and shade, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The host installed AC for us:) We used it, too. We would rent again.

Relaxing and Quiet Home We came up from Il to see our daughter. She currently lives in a studio apartment, so we weren't able to stay with her. This rental has everything to make a comfortable stay. She provided coffee, which we forgot to bring and so that was nice. She offered recomendations which were all good. It was a nice neighborhood minitues from the highway. The fenced backyard was such a bonus. It was clean and felt very safe. We've had some unfortunate rentals in MSP and so this felt like a perfect find! We had a very fun trip.

Cute House with Nice Yard Overall, it is a great place, but there are no heat vents upstairs which means it is quite cold unless you leave the upstairs doors open so that heat can come up the stairwell. I ended up getting a small space heater to warm up the bedroom I used. I am sure it would be fine in warmer months and I noted that there is a window AC unit in the bedroom closet so summer heat wouldn't be an issue. I would stay here again as it was otherwise perfect me.

Friend vacation Friends in town for a concert. Looking for a convient place that accepted dogs. Backyard was amazing. Convient location to everything we wanted to do!

Cute Home We stayed here a few nights for our annual girls trip- so glad to be able to bring my two pups! They enjoyed the backyard and it was so nice to have a fenced in area. The house had everything we needed. The stairs leading up to the second level are a bit narrow, use caution. The location was very convenient as we hopped between MN and WI using I94 each day as we explored. Overall an enjoyable experience!

Great place to stay with dogs The house is lovely--clean, efficient, and well-equipped-- and the neighborhood is nice. It is very convenient to I-94. My favorite thing is the fenced backyard, perfect for my dogs. I will stay here again when I visit St. Paul.
