Hotel very shabby needs up marketing rust everywhere. Long walk for meals and again brewery’s fare needs spending on. Usually a premier fan but will not be back to this one at all expensive cars against window banging doors all night not for us

Looking at the building when we first arrived the guttering was full of weeds and grass, which with the weather was raining hard so that ment the gutters were overflowing with water everywhere, we stayed in a family room for my sons birthday weekend and upon our own inspection behind the single bed in the corner of the room was damp and mould growing up the wall and crisp packets that didn't belong to us , so due to those reasons alone we checked out a full 24hours early as my son has lung issues

For the second time in a row my room, the only one available apparently, smelt terrible. This time it was overpowering cleaning products because a family cooked in it using an air fryer the night before.

I have stayed in most of the inns in and around Britten but this one was the worst I have encountered not the staff but the accommodation it's self unfortunately we will not be using premier inn again

A convenient stopover with usual comfortable room and friendly staff, but let down by an unattractive location and poor quality breakfast, the latter due to making breakfast a buffet affair as a cost cutting measure. Don't destroy your business in the process!

We stayed on the 4th-5th November and had the most pleasant experience. Receptionists were outstanding and went the extra mile whenever they could. Very helpful. Room was spotless, bedding and towels both spotless. Instant hot water with branded shower gel / hand wash soap. Comfortable stay, couldn’t have been any nicer. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
