In the district of Solidor, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the sea, from the beach. Public parking on the road. Grocery 750 m, supermarket 750 m, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 650 m, bus stop "Saint Servan" 700 m, railway station "TGV st Malo" 2.2 km, ferry "Gare maritime du Naye" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Solidor" 50 m (small), thermal baths "Thermes marins de St Malo" 3.7 km. Sports harbour 100 m, indoor tennis centre 2 km. Nearby attractions: Grand aquarium de St Malo 3 km, Cancale 15 km, Dol de Bretagne 24 km, Dinan 24 km, Dinard 11 km, Le Mont Saint Michel 50 km. 2-room apartment 60 m2, on the ground floor. Spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2022, modern and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen super.Zu viert wird es eng. Kaum Schränke für Kleidung vorhanden.Dafür ist die Küche riesig und sehr gut ausgestattet, auch im Bad alles relativ neu.Toller Ausblick vom Küchentisch aufs Meer.Saint Malo kann bequem zu Fuß e
