In the complex: lift. Public parking on the road. Shop 100 m, grocery, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 150 m, bakery 200 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Gare TGV se St Malo" 650 m, ferry "Gare maritime du Naye" 2.4 km, sandy beach "Plage du sillon" 400 m, thermal baths "thermes marins de Saint Malo" 1.3 km. Sports harbour 2.8 km, sailing school 1.3 km, indoor tennis centre 700 m. Nearby attractions: Grand aquarium de St Malo 4 km, Cancale 13 km, Dinard 5 km, Dinan 25 km, Le Mont Saint Michel 46 km, Casino Saint-Malo 1 km. 1-room studio 29 m2 on 1st floor. Fully renovated in 2021, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: large living/sleeping room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and the faucet in the bathroom is reversed (hot water - cold water) and is therefore dangerous..especially if there are children.
