A few weeks ago we stayed here. Check in was fine. But it was immediatly apparent that the staff, althougth they cared and were polite, were stretched to thin. Check in took a while since the front desk staff were working all over the hotel. But upon getting to our room, it was clear the AC would not perform. It almost never got below 73. With two adults and two kids, that is a bit too hot. I asked the front desk and they offered to move us to another room after it did not improve. In fact Gregory told us we would be credited a night on our stay, which has not happened. I also messaged through ********** for that night and there has been no response. (which is why this review has been delayed.)
The second room we moved to, had the same AC issue. But we figured at that point we would just have to deal with it.
The staff was polite and wanted to help but ownership seems have hampedered them by overworking and under staffing.
