Room was not ready when promised. Parking was $37 per night. No other place to park. Room was nice, clean, large, housekeeping folks were great. Pleasant stay.

Once I arrived the receptionist was very welcoming and informative. Check in and check about was fast an easy. I also had no problem with the room I booked. The view of the arch and courthouse was breathtaking. As for the hotel room and hotel itself was beautiful. I have no complaints and had a great stay.

Used valet parking and not at all happy. I came home the next day with a flat tire due to someone hitting a curb with my tire. I noticed the way the valet parking attendants drove the cars with no respect for the cars nor the owners. Two elevators where down a few nights of a big event , making people use the employee elevators or use the stairs. Maybe you should get those things fixed knowing you will have huge crowds . We will definitely Be looking for a new hotel to stay at next year

They were not prepared or equipped to handle the amount of guest. Not all the elevators were working. The first time they noticed an abundance of people waiting to get on the elevators they should of made a plan to help guest get to the rooms in a timely manner. Took just as long to get our car back to leave. Disappointed there was not a microwave in the rooms. There was not clear label or mapped out good for ice machine or stairs if there was a true emergency no one would have a clue where the stairs were. A bit of a let down for such a nice place.

extremely disappointed in the elevators not working when there was hundreds of people staying for the Dome event. And I called day before to pay cash and was told upon checking in no cash. VERY UPSET. With having to take the stairs to the 7th floor myself and spouse deserve a free weekend next year for this huge inconvenience.

Probably was a grand hotel 60 years ago.today standards room were smallish yes every room had nice view toward arc. Because room sit in 45°angel you get nice view but makes for long hallways ,definitely get a bellhop for any luggage hallway s carpet dirty at the edges. Room first impression was very nice further looking around reviled the age of room and hotel again carpet dirty at the edges.

Our layout and appointment of our room was excellent. All of our hotel meals were delicious except our last breakfast in the big room (versus the Pub). The sheets were notably loud and the room got hot at about 4am each night. Lack of onsite garage parking for a big truck was an issue for our group.

I stayed for one night, I was afraid from parking issues because I red a bad reviews about it, but I had no other potion and I took the risk. I found the parking really really good in the last bottom floor, it was like a very few cars and I park near the entrance elevator. I didn't try the dining there. There is a fast food options but no delivery to hotel only carry out option I don't know why The room was clean and wide and everything was nice
