聖路易斯森林公園假日飯店(Holiday Inn ST. Louis - Forest Park)

Staff is awesome!!! Especially since the rotten apple is no longer at the front desk. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful!!! Only issue is a family staying on our floor that apparently is cooking food in their room that smells up the entire hall wall, elevators, etc. the rooms aren’t setup like an extended stay which is one reason why we like it. Can tell the staff and management is really making an effort to beautify the property.

Was a little concerned when we saw the hotel as they are working on the outside and it looked run down. However the front lobby area was clean and updated. The front desk staff and security were very friendly and helpful. Our room was big and water pressure in the shower and sink were the best of any hotel we've stayed in. The hallways were dark and the carpeting felt sticky. Our room wasn't the cleanest and we found used sheets in the dresser. Things were also a little wonky. The door didn't fit the door frame, it was angled, so you could see light around it. The toilet was also angled and the towel bar was coming away from the wall. They are doing improvements so hopefully the rooms will get better.

We come to this hotel almost weekly and have yet to be disappointed by the new ownership. It smells good, bathroom is always clean, room is always ready, and so is the staff. The ladies at the front are beyond kind and sincerely want you to enjoy yourself. The General Manager, Freddie, never disappoints either..always a kind face and enjoyable energy to start your stay off right!

I gave this place the benefit of doubt so that’s why I rented again! But I should’ve listened to my gut the first time, I know now that I’m never coming back! ….. one word ROACHES!!! I didn’t see any on my first stay but definitely saw them on my second stay!!! NOPE never again!!!

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating on our 9/22 stay. The only issue was our room. There was less than 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper, the ice bucket had dirty napkins in it and there were dirty wet towels in the dresser. Everything else in the room looked fine.

The whole place smelled like pot. The lady at the front desk didn't give any help on finding the room, she just said the elevator is to the left. Even our room. We walked into an elevator that was falling apart. We get into the room and pull the covers back and the beds have little specks of something all over them and the sheets are covered in hair.

Being greeted by the friendly staff is my favorite part of the experience at this hotel. They are always super accommodating depending on what you have going on during your visit and willing to help make your stay as comfortable as they can!

Only there for one night. Uber from there to Hammerstone's was way overpriced. Hotel changed hands June 2023 and they are still making changes.
