聖路易斯 21c 博物館飯店(21C Museum Hotel St Louis)

Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

We had to make an unexpected trip to St. Louis and stayed at 21C because we appreciate the concept and the location was convenient. It was beyond amazing. The food and drinks were exceptional. The staff from all departments were very friendly. Definitely will recommend. A++

This is my 3rd 21c I’ve stayed at and my favorite so far! Everything was lovely and charming and Idol Wolf, the restaurant, was superb! Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

The property was great just didn’t like that there wasn’t many close parking available around close to hotel unless you come back to hotel early then it’s still not a guarantee. Also I think the $45 a day for valet parking is a little steep. Other than that I love the hotel and the atmosphere. We experienced no car theft to our vehicle as some have experienced who stayed at the property before. We will be back.

Have you even been somewhere where you felt unwelcome. That’s what it was like spending 2 nights at the 21c. I typically stay at only Hilton & Marriott properties but the property looked nice & unique in the pictures. We checked in late because we were coming back from Tulsa and decided to spend the weekend in St. Louis because it was half way home. It was after midnight. The front desk clerk was clearly put out with us. There were no luggage carts and no one could even be bothered with helping us locate one. We had to load down our stroller and carry our baby and the rest of our luggage. We asked if there was a microwave we could use to heat up a bottle because there wasn’t one in the room. The clerk just kept telling my husband, “no microwave, no microwave, no microwave .” My husband asked if they could possibly heat it up for us and he was told that they get written up if they heat bottles up for customers. Apparently cars get broken into at an alarming rate around the property and there isn’t a secure parking lot because the hotel doesn’t even have a parking lot. The valet parks them wherever they can find spots. The valet guys are AMAZING and accommodating and they are everything the staff of this hotel should be but they aren’t even employees of the hotel! It screams volumes when the best part of your hotel are people who aren’t even employees. The hotel was clean and esthetically pleasing but it’s not a place for families and it’s not in a safe area. Skip it!

The lobby was impressive. The staff at check in were very kind, but had a difficult time finding our reservation through *******. This required a phone call to ******* and a long check in process. We parked in the lot directly behind the hotel. On the first night of our stay our car had 2 windows broken out, along with nearly every car in the lot and on the streets directly bordering the hotel. The hotel management only offered me $75 off of my $500 stay. Security is clearly lacking when 20 or more cars parked directly outside the hotel can be vandalized and ransacked.

For some reason I couldn't get the TV in the room to work. The TV would stay on the welcome screen and I couldn't change it, even using the directions provided. I wish the hotel could have regular cable TV just like other hotels.

Room was a bit small and outdated.. The bathroom had multiple things broke and loose. Phone didn't work in our room so couldn't call front desk. Staff was very friendly and nice.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Our check-in was smooth and all of the employees were very nice. The cafe has a some nice options for breakfast.
