Very welcome-looking personnel at the reception. Very nice restaurant Jasmin with excellent service. Clean rooms. Private beach… But: 1. Housekeeping(( They do not see any problem if your room is not made until 4 pm! Even if the plate are on the door from 11. You have to contact them and discuss time of room cleaning if you want to be sure that the room are made before 4 pm. 2. Beach is really small and when its full you are almost touching your neighbors. 3. Should be very careful with the room selection. Railway and roads are very near. And if you are looking for really quite place - it is not about. Honestly speaking, if you room is not railway view, you can hardly hear the train. But outside the room you will definitely feel yourself as in in-city hotel. 4. Unfortunately they did not use neither a/c nor fans for at the restaurants during our stay, and when it was hot outside and terraces were full it was a real challenge to have breakfast or lunch inside… 5. There are neither coffee machine nor kettle in the room by default. They are by request. Be prepared that tea and coffee they will not add to your basket every room cleaning. You have to ask house keeping and probably remind them after. 6. Be careful if you choose Orange Mansion when it’s rainy. On our last night we wake up from the water noise and found out that water was coming to our room from the corridor. Nobody came to help or offer another room. So we dried our room by ourselves. Again they did not see a big problem, we did not get any apologies for “inconvenience”… Hope you will not meet all of these points once you will be charming by Cote D’Azur and if you stay one or two nights. But for longer stay I would not recommend this hotel - too many issues(((

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans ce bel et authentique hôtel au bord de l’eau et dans la ville. La réception était très accueillante. Un régal de prendre le petit déjeuner en chambre avec cette magnifique vue mer!! Nous reviendrons à coup sûr! 😍

I'm sorry to say that I found this hotel quite disappointing and we didn't feel that we received good value for our AUD $2600 per night. The staff were very good. Particularly the pool attendant and the bartender, but we just found the overall experience lack lustre. The pool area is ordinary and the beach set up is not very glamerous, just some sunbeds and an attendent in a tent with a cooler box. We ate at Jasmin three times and despite the good service, we found the food very, very ordinary. I acknowledge the other compliments on this page, but I just don't agree. We kept going back because we thought we got an off day, but the food was consistently poor. Similarly we found the breakfast buffet of a very poor standard. The location is wonderful and there is plenty to explore nearby on foot.

Une si belle expérience en ce début novembre. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, calme précieux et qualité des prestations. On se sent bien dès notre arrivée, la conciergerie, les voituriers vous accueille avec sobriété et efficacité. Les chambres sont gigantesque et parfaitement équipées. Le petit déjeuner avec vue sur la piscine et la mer est un plus. Enfin le restaurant face a la mer complète le tout. Carte des vins très agréable. Nous testerons le spa la prochaine fois. Encore merci.

Cadre somptueux, accueil très professionnel, merci à Marcel qui nous a trouvé des croissants à 12h30 Ça nous a donné envie de venir tester le restaurant. C'est juste dommage que trip advisor nous oblige à 200 caractères c est beaucoup trop quand on a le goût de la synthèse comme moi

Un établissement très agréable, un personnel réactif, attentionné. L'équipe des voituriers est très dynamique, réactif, gentil, accueillant que vous soyez en rolls ou en citroen. Le parking est pris en charge. La chambre n'était pas prête à mon arrivée et la réception m'a proposé une boisson pour attendre, un service à la hauteur de la qualité de l'hôtel. La chambre devait être prête à 15h, ce n'était le cas, l'établissement prend ses responsabilités et tente de faire plaisir malgré tout. Moi je suis fan. J'ai même été surclassé avec une chambre vue sur mer, une chambre confortable, calme. Un grand écran face au grand lit double. Il y a une piscine extérieure chauffée, un bain fin octobre, c'est inédit pour moi et tellement plaisant. Le petit dej avec une équipe encore réactive, attentionnée; c'est facile, simple et agréable. Il y a un nombre incroyable de jus de fruits, différents fromages, des crêpes, pancakes, légumes, laitages, viennoiseries etc .. un coin cuisine pour les œufs aussi. Bref cet hôtel m'a entièrement plu avec une équipe très agréable. Chaque client semble le bienvenu.
