This beautifully decorated spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in St. James City, sits on a salt water canal minutes away by boat from the Intercoastal Waterway, Sanibel, Captiva, Ft. Myers Beach, and some of the best fishing in all of SW Florida! The home comes with a 7,000# boat lift and fish cleaning station on the dock where you can see manatee and dolphins in the canal. It is also within minutes of 5 restaurants and 2 grocery stores! Perfect Exactly as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors, visiting manatees and dolphins. Walking distance to several restaurants, launched our paddleboards from the house. Clean and bright and host was exceptional. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Pine island rental Great place. Great location. The owners are easy to deal with. The place was very clean and comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next trip to the island.

Great place to stay Needed a place for visiting friends and family and this property was perfect. George and Holly were both super attentive. I simply mentioned something in passing and george had someone there asap for a very minor issue. I was impressed. Anyhow, great place to stay.

Best stay ever It was comfortable, clean, plenty of room and nicely decorated. Location was the best with many kayaking and fishing opportunities. Owner was easy to contact and made us feel welcome.
