For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 20.Jun. - 30.Aug.). In the complex: in winter, use of sauna is included (1 times per week). In Winter: please take snow chains. Grocery 1 km, bakery 500 m, bus stop "Téléphérique" 900 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 5.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.4 km. Gondola lift 1 km, ice rink 850 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont-Blanc. "Les erables", 2-room apartment 38 m2 on 1st floor. Living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.), TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (2 pers.). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony, east facing position.
