The Rosedon is a lovely Hotel in every way. I seek out smaller family-owned and operated properties because we've had superior more personal experiences in small luxury hotels. Our room had recently been renovated, and we were asked whether there was anything that they had neglected to consider. The decor was peaceful, the bed VERY comfortable, and the closet large and well organized for two people. Plenty of seating choices and several tables, chairs and a love seat outside on the patio, where we chose to eat breakfast each morning. The food! Complementary breakfast choices - we tried them all: fresh fruit plate, oa**eal, croissants and tea cakes. Carafes of coffee and an assor**ent of teas. I asked our sever on the first morning for real sugar versus a substitute and for chamomile tea for my husband, who wasn't feeling well. He remembered this request and brought them every day until our departure. Dinner was exceptional - the best dining in Bermuda, hands down. The office and even room cleaning staff were a pleasure to interact with. As my husband wasn't feeling well, they were flexible enough to arrange for us to dine at one of the tables poolside on a couple of evenings. The grounds are beautiful, the pool area sheltered from the wind in a configuration that I don't think would be possible at any of the big hotels across the street. Highly recommended!
