Located 10 minutes walk from the port of Saint Florent, has a very large terrace of 25 m2 with views of the FORT and the SEA. The studio is in a small building on a hill, 300 meters from a beach. He understands: - terrace with two tables and chairs, parasol .. -an entrance with fridge and cupboard, cumulus hot water, washing machine, iron -a fitted kitchen area, electric hob, toaster, microwave oven, complete crockery ... -a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, hair dryer - the main room with 2 sofas / beds (140 cm) and a television, two small tables, four chairs. - outside there is a private parking space (not closed)About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Semaine hyper agréable, logement très propre, très calme,et pourtant tout proche à pieds du centre.j ai pu assister a 1 concert Imuvrini a la citadelle, rayonner sans souci sur bastia, Corte et la vallee de la restonica, la balagne,la croix rousse,visites des villages,profiter des belles plages des agriates et de l ostriconi. Une bonne coupure,vacances reposantes. Je recommande ce studio bien agencé et propre les yeux fermés .

St Florent studio Casa situata in posizione tranquilla e strategica. Centro storico raggiungibile a piedi in 20 Min circa, in macchina 5 Min. Abitazione molto piccola, monostanza con un divano a letto e letto alla francese, poco curata, bagno minimale, presente un bel patio esterno dove poter mangiare peccato per la presenza costante di formiche. In casa presente odore di muffa.

Vacances Emplacement bien cuisine pas propre plaques de cuissons sales j'ai dû refaire la vaisselle une seule grande casserole pour faire la cuisine pas de faitout ou de cocotte en plus pour le premier soir il manquait les draps pour la troisième personne c'est vraiment dommage

vacances à st florent Magique ville, accès depuis le studio, à 3 minutes, studio fonctionnel et opérationnel ,grande terrasse et superbe vue. Exposé plein sud. Résidence très calme ,voisine adorable et serviable .A refaire ,rapidement .Merci au propriétaire ,qui est également ,disponible .

Logement parfait pour étudiants Nous nous devons de donner un avis objectif sur ce logement en vue des derniers commentaires. Le logement est effectivement dans son jus, le mobilier est de premier prix voire à changer (pas de vrais matelas mais surmatelas, table). En revanche, c’est un excellent rapport qualité prix car le logement reste fonctionnel, super terasse, salle de bain propre (douche étroite mais fait complètement l’affaire !). Il nous a convenu car nous rentrions seulement pour dormir et se doucher ou bien manger sur la terasse. Honnêtement il est correct pour un couple seulement qui bouge beaucoup :) Super emplacement. Très pratique. Merci ! Paul & Léone
