聖西普里安設有酒吧的飯店

Welcome on arrival excellent. Room looked fab with a huge terrace - a surprise upgrade I assumed (more of that later). Good room service cheese platter and wine after a late arrival. All was going so well until I had a shower the next morning and the bathroom started to flood which I put down to poor shower design. To avoid more flooding my husband took a bath and when it drained unfortunately it brought more water and waste from the toilet up the shower drain…………Long story short, we told reception who helpfully sent maintenance immediately, had breakfast and decided we wanted to leave a day early. Front desk couldn’t have been nicer and more apologetic. On checking the bill I found that we’d been charged for an upgrade which I was unaware I had requested (I had looked at the option on an email but decided not to go ahead). After the intervention of the manager that charge was removed. We weren’t charged for our early departure. All in all an unpleasant experience (having to retrieve my things from the bathroom with excrement floating across the floor is not something I ever want to repeat). That said, the staff were all apologetic and helpful - especially the poor maintenance man who spent a while trying to unblock the plumbing. The interior of the hotel and the room is very nice however the hotel suffers from being in a 70’s style building which isn’t very attractive.

Unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Blick über das Meer und den beheizten Pool. Es war für 2 Personen gemütlich, das Bett sehr bequem. Im Zimmer gab es eine Minibar mit 2 kleinen Wasserflaschen, einen Teekocher, Bademäntel und Schlappen. Die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich und haben einen guten Job gemacht, die Zimmer waren SEHR sauber. Der Poolbereich wurde täglich gereinigt, es gab genügend Liegen und zum Glück keine Gäste, die Liegen reserviert haben (Vorsaison im Juni). Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, hauptsächlich mit BIO-Produkten, gluten-free und lokalen Produkten. Abends haben wir zweimal im hoteleigenen Restaurant ”Ganivelles” gegessen. Unser Kellner Guillaume war sehr aufmerksam und hatte stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Das gesamte Personal war immer freundlich, selbst die Chefin schaute zum Frühstück vorbei und begrüßte die Gäste. Das Essen im Restaurant war vorzüglich, ebenso die Cocktails. Bis hoffentlich sehr bald wieder.
