When we walked into the hotel with our kids to check in on a Friday night around 8pm there were a bunch of adults sitting around in the lobby/breakfast area drinking booze (they all had coolers) and a few of them were yelling at each other and swearing and one of them stormed off. Apparently they were wresting parents and there was a wrestling tournament in town. Their kids weren’t with them, so they must have been unsupervised elsewhere in the hotel. There were four staff members standing at the front desk but none of them did anything about the swearing and yelling. It felt like the Jerry Springer show. We brought our kids to the pool area and were about to step into the hot tub when we saw brown chunks floating around. The front desk was alerted and someone used a net to remove the visible brown chunks from the water. We walked by the pool area about 20 minutes later and saw there were people in the hot tub. Gross.

We stayed at Kelly Inn while attending a Lions Convention. There had been a miscommunication on our reservation. The desk staff, Hannah, went above and beyond to accommodate and resolve the issue. She was very friendly, polite and respectful. The other staff were also very personable. Our room exceeded expectations and we really enjoyed being able to have our two small dogs with us. We sill be back!

This was a horrible experience. We had multiple rooms booked and “someone” cancelled some of them. Our room was never cleaned, they had breakfast choices totally out by the time we got there, the vending machines were totally empty and what was there, it was all the same things. The really sad thing is the same exact thing happened to us here about 10 years ago with the rooms being “cancelled” and we vowed to never come back. This year we decided to give it a try again and that was a mistake. We will now definitely never come back!
