The staff at the hotel were kind and professional. However, the building itself smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even in our non-smoking room. There was no security implemented on the outside doors, so anyone could enter the building without a key card. The television also didn't work. Overall, it offered a place to stay for the night, which is what we needed, but it was not the most comfortable experience, particularly due to the smoke smell.

After I checked in and paid for the room the front desk clerk informed me that they were working on the heat and handed me a little heated fan. When I opened the door to the room the temperature was as cold as it was outside (25 degrees). This property should not be available for rooms until the heating issue is fixed. The front desk person should have explained the situation before checking me in and charging me for the room.

Even for the price, this property and room were worse than expected and I refused to stay in the room.

Likely better to spend an extra $20 and stay at better place. Back entrance slams loidly shut and there is no Lock on door.

We did not feel safe here. The peep hole was broken and people could look in your room. The curtain didn't close. Chipped furniture and rusty curtain rods and chair trim. Torn chair. Brown crimpled paper on the 3 large windows by the office. The outside door to the parking lot didn't lock and it was 10:30 at night and the person from the hotel said it didn't lock all the time. Not up to ******* standards.

Room was dirty and had not been vacuumed in a long while. Dirty fingerprints all over. I was looking forward to a warm shower but was to afraid to use it due to it not being clean. The place was very run down. Would never stay here again.
