There were several people waiting in line upon check-in but the woman working the front desk was really nice. The first room I was assigned to was DIRTY and the heat did not work properly. The sheets on the bed were not clean, and there was hair all over the bathroom. The heating unit was loud and was set to run constantly. If I turned it off the blower would continue but would blow cold air. I had to unplug it to stop the noise and prevent it from being freezing cold in the room. There was a guy, who I believe was maintenance, at the front desk when I asked to be moved. I was on my way out so he made a note of my request and told me they would handle it. When I returned another gentleman was at the front desk and he seemed to have a hard time understanding why I didn't want to stay in a dirty and cold room. He assigned me to a new room, never apologized, or offered a discount to make it right. Quite frankly, he was rude and appeared upset by my request. The second room was just as bad. I went to the store and purchased my own cleaning products to make it acceptable for my stay. I travel to this area for work often and I guarantee I will never stay here again. I don't recommend you do either.

One night stay after long drive! Book a room with 2 beds. Was not ready when I arrived and I requested a room with 2 beds by an elevator. She advised that was what I got. When I arrived to the room was a king bed and pull out couch. They advised would change but l ready had my stuff there and it had been a long travel day. Light flickered. The breakfast was not as shown on the internet. Disappointing. As the lady running things seems to be very friendly I felt the breakfast are not appealing and the food below average. I updagraded our last night feeling that we were getting a good stay and good breakfast, was disappointed. Thank you.

Nice hotel, well kept. Was easy to park and not too busy. Breakfast was simple, but also not too busy in the morning which we appreciated.

ADA rooms are essential for my husband. This property was supremely comfortable and safe with plenty of grab bars int the bathroom. The property was nicely decorated and offered an upgraded breakfast.

Older property that needs to be cleaned and refreshed. For this reason I would not stay here again. Bathroom walls and floors were visibly stained and dirty.

We had a great stay here. Breakfast was really good and we enjoyed the table area for gathering to have a night of board games and pizza. The pool area was quiet.
