華爾道夫希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Waldorf)

The breakfast was alright but I’ve constantly called them to get my security deposit back and not even a manager can return my call they aren’t clear with their words and the rooms are halfway cleaned.

Great stay good location clean room

I was so disappointed in this Hilton hotel. We arrived on a Saturday night - we had an event at Maryland International raceway - I had called to say we would be arriving after 9PM We arrived at 9:45 - woman at the desk was lovely- I requested a roll away bed - she said that I could expect that at 11 since she was working alone until then- she said she would call the room - at 11:10 I received a call stating the bed was on the way - at 11:45 I went to the front desk stating the bed had not arrived- I was told by a gentleman (I wish I had gotten his name) that getting a bed would be a while - I explained the previous situation - he stated that a person came in that needed a handicapped room and none was available so that the woman I had previously spoke to went to the room to set it up - I told him I was confused as I received a call saying that the bed was coming and I needed to listen for it He told me that since I checked in later in the day there were not enough people to meet all requests - if this is true I wish I was informed when I called earlier in the day that there would be no service after 10PM I wish this gentleman would have have shown compassion, some understanding, some apology - when i said it was almost midnight and I wanted to go to sleep, he said he could not guarantee anything but he was hoping 30 minutes and I could come back if it didnt happen . The rollaway showed at 12:20 by the original woman.

The clerk who checked us in was rude. We arrived 20 minutes prior to the check-in at 3pm. When asked if we could possibly check in early she smacked her lips and pointed to the check-in time of 3pm. I was aware of the check in time but most of the time the hotels are accommodating for an early check-in . The attitude I received was not needed. In addition the room sink had a huge crack in the sink.

This hotel charges a $25 “fee” at checkin, supposedly toward any extras charged to the room; however, for my past 3 stays here (including this one), I haven’t received this fee refunded, as I was promised at checkout. I guess I’ll have to start using another hotel because I’m sick of having to keep checking for the refund and then not getting it, despite complaining to staff at checkout!

Came in to check in at 4pm, was told they didn’t have room for us yet. We were told that 9 people are in front of us. They took down our name and number and said there were going to contact ******* about a refund and that was that. We had to wait till 730 745 and by that time we were forced to get another hotel as we already had waited 4 hours. This is completely unacceptable and I want my refund.

The only major problem was that I booked through ******* and the next day when I went on the actual Hilton in Waldorf website it stated that the pool was closed. I actually booked this hotel through ******* because of the pool only to find it closed after I booked.

The pool wasn't open due to renovations but we weren't informed. The reason I selected this property was for the indoor pool. No breakfast provided unless you paid $20 a person for a buffet. Room itself was adequate.

Hello I had a very disappointing stay. When I arrived it took about 30 minutes for me to get checked in because the e girl at the desk took a very long time to sign in. No fault to her. She was very apologetic and nice but the computer took forever to come up and allow her to sign in. This was at 11 pm and we were all very exausted from our travel there. When I got to my room with my husband and daughter, it smelled like pot very bad to the point of giving me a head ache. The people next door had music blasting and was obviously smoke pot. I called the front desk and she called them and they did turn it off. The bathroom lights weren’t working so we had to shower in the dark. The next day we went to to meet other family Members for breakfast. The service was good but when I went into the bathroom the floor was very sticky and one toilet had poop all over and two other stalls had period blood on the seat and floor. I told the front desk and she said they had a party the night before. It was like 11 am and I feel that should have been clean by then. I have to say it was not a pleasant experience and not to mention paying nearly$300 for the room. I am very unhappy and disappointed in Hilton Garden . Trish Martinez
