真是一家可愛的飯店。為我妻子的 30 歲生日而過夜。希望我們早點到達那裡，這樣我們就可以完成景點並參觀禮品店。唯一的缺點是我們不得不要一份我們點的配菜，因為它從來沒有和我們的食物一起出現，而且我和我的妻子都點了一份牛排，我們沒有得到牛排刀可以使用，當我們詢問時，我們只得到了1 我們之間分享。對於一家高檔餐廳，我期望更多。

The hotel was lovely the dinner staff how ever not good had to ask more than 3 times for drinks food not worth the £30 per head same the the staff &manager let them down the bar man how ever who was on duty in the champagne bar &for breakfast couldn't of been more helpful

Excellent experience. The only bad thing was I couldn’t get into either restaurant as I’m a wheelchair user so had to eat in my room . The team was apologetic and supplied us with a lovely lunch .
But this issue really should be addressed.!
The room and bathroom were amazing and we had a great time .

What a place! Very special place to stay, so nice to stay somewhere far away from the norm. Stunning rooms set in the old cells. Very well appointed with a beautiful bathroom, bathrobe and slippers. Very comfortable bed/pillows and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The Chapel cocktail bar is awesome with great staff and a cosy a**osphere. The Chapel restaurant food is the best I've tasted with very good service. Nice little gym and a free tour of the old jail thrown in. Well worth a visit, this hotel is very special

Tastefully built with modern rooms.
However, the spooky visitor to the room in the early hours that frightened my wife was not expected. But, it was free, so every cloud.

When we arrived we were given a Local's Pass which entitled us to a 20% Discount in certain locations. One member of staff did not know how to apply the discount but it was sorted out by Reception on check-out. The TV signal was awful!

Absolute stunning hotel. Very unique & clever! The rooms are gorgeous, the bathroom especially. The restaurant is fabulous. Wonderful food. Friendly staff. We will definitely be back
