新奧爾良西岸格雷特納拉昆塔溫德姆飯店(La Quinta Inn by Wyndham New Orleans West Bank / Gretna)

I stayed for the New Orleans exhibition, but it's not far to the exhibition hall. However, it's quite a long way to downtown. Breakfast was a very simple bread, and I was disappointed that the room was not in good condition.

Room was clean, furniture pull out didn't clean behind it had dental pic and debris, carpet nean shampooing.

Moldy smell No blankets Condom rappers behind the dresser light bulbs didn't wrk asked for a blanket and was denied and was givin a sheet. I had to sleep with 2 sheets! Paid for 2 rooms never ever going bk!

When I entered the room, the undeniable smell of urine perfumed the air. I looked for the source and, while getting in bed, I found it. It was the MATTRESS!!!!! I ask to place us in another room, which was accompanied with an apology. In the other room, it smelled less urine-like. YET, I lifted the blanket and noticed 2 DIRTY, I MEAN DIRTY, SOCKS that had been there since who-knows-when!!!!! This meant that the sheets were not cleaned, either!!!! We had to leave!!! This was an emergency trip and we will NEVER go here again!!!

Brad at the front desk is always amazing but the property as a whole is woefully understaffed and overworked. Property…especially the rooms and exterior are in desperate need of an overhaul. This is not up to Wyndham standards. Room A/C never cooled below 72. Strong smell of mildew in room. Sheets had stains (looked like blood). Very skimpy with the towels and towels are sub par. Trash strewn about in the hallways and throughout property. Door from the back into the lobby has been broken for months now. You have to walk around to the front to access breakfast. Breakfast is ok. Could use lots of improvement. Always out of various items such as fruit, yogurt, cereal, milk, etc. This property has seen better days…Wyndham please step up your game. Motel 6 do better than this.

The room was dirty, the door didn’t close correctly, the cable didn’t work in my room, the smoke detector went off all night. When I approached the front desk, they said they were working on it. They never did. Was still going off when I left at 7 am. Try and sleep with a beep every 18 seconds. I will NEVER go back to this location or any La Quinta Inns in the future.
