Very convenient, friendly staff, and clean!! Stayed here with my daughter after seeing a concert and felt safe.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Shuttle service to/from the airport was great.

The hotel is close to the airport (STL) and has an efficient shuttle service and friendly drivers. The gentleman checking us in on January 8th readily accommodated our request for a room on the top floor. The room was comfortable and clean, facilitating our need to have a good night's sleep. The included breakfast the next morning hit the spot, and we thanked the woman in charge for the cleanliness of the eating area and for the freshness and quality of the food. Finally, our shuttle driver accommodated driving us a bit out of the normal path to and from the airport to take us to our car rental place. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing!!! They were very friendly and helpful. The issues we had was the metal bed frame sticking out from the bed by about 10 inches with jagged edges. We put the trashcan over it so we wouldn’t hit it and tear our leg open. There were dirty linens left from the cleaning.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was neat and there were many options. Hotel and rooms were clean. I felt safe coming and going. Very convenient to food, highways, shopping.

The Night Manager was so friendly and helpful! Brought extra coffee packs to my room personally.

This was my second time staying here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying here. Only thing that i didn't like was the bed, it was hard to sleep on.
