Disgusting roach infested motel. Before we left to go out there was a roach in the bathroom. Then we came back and I opened the case to put my Invisalign in and a roach scurried out onto my finger! Also, this place claims to be a smoke-free motel and it reeks of **** and cigarettes inside. And when I went to take a shower, I realized that there was no soap, anywhere. No hand soap, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The white towels were stained with brows spots and there was a cigarette burn on the comforter. I called the front desk and it rang for about 2 minutes before it automatically hung up, since no one answered. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy. It’s insane to me that this place is even still in business. It needs to be condemned!

They have roaches everywhere, completely unsanitary, and the manager is completely rude and doesn’t understand how to handle customer service. She even referred to me and my spouse as “you people” just terrible. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

We got a non smoking room but the room and the entire hotel smelled like bleach and cigarette smoke. Ceiling in bathroom was falling down. Toilet paper holders were rusted. Walls were cracked and possibly had mold. This place is a total dump.

I had issues checking in because of lack of communication from Agent etc. They assigned me someone else’s room that was preoccupied & had to assign me another room. Smells in the Hallways. Unclean Room. Dead Roaches etc. It was despicable.

This hotel was cheap, but the room was not very clean. There was good splatter on the wall and a dead bug in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is clearly in an area that is past it’s prime. If you are looking to stay on the cheap the staff was nice.

It was not the cleanest! Not very safe area would NEVER stay there again! Would nor advise anyone to stay here. Even if you have to spend a little more, go somewhere else. The room was sorta clean, bathroom was disgusting
