薩吉諾華美達套房飯店(Ramada by Wyndham Saginaw Hotel & Suites)

Seems like traveling back in time, to a 70s period hotel, parking lot is kind of small if you have a box truck, but room was clean and serviceable, breakfast was never to shout about!

This location was close to where we wanted to be, and the price was right. We had a room issue that was quickly resolved upon check in. The rooms were large, but there were notable stains on furniture. They are in need of a remodel for sure. Breakfast for both days was non existent. Very questionable and sketchy people were very noticeable during our stay

We book this stay as a mini honeymoon. The pictures showed a fun restaurant and they had jetted tub rooms. Upon arrival, we were told the restaurant had closed. staff was very nice we were shown our room. It was large however very outdated, the suites cabinetry in kitchenette was worn and on cabinet front fell off when we brushed by it. There was a blood dripping off a wastebasket and on later inspection, what also looked like blood on the bathroom door. Also when going to take a shower, there was an old dried up washcloth hanging on the shower curtain. The jetted tub also did not hold the water. We spoke with front desk and they apologized and gave us a different room for the next night. While it was smaller, it appeared better then we tried to use the jetted tub and the water would not go down the drain, the manager was nice to try to fix while we were out but was unable to so we were moved again to another room. This time, it was hard to turn on the water and then the faucet would not stop leaking. At that point we spoke with the front desk who offered another room but was now 2 queens not a king bed so we just decided to stay put but we’re not able to enjoy the tub and had wasted time with all the moving. We tried to speak with the manger but he was not in on our departure. We then called the next day but they did not offer any refund. Do not recommend this property as they clearly need to do some upgrading but staff at front desk did try to help.

Reserved two rooms the first one was fine clean and the key worked. The second room the key wasn’t working so had to go back to front desk to be let in. Staff came up with us and when they opened the room housekeeping had not cleaned it yet so then had to wait for the staff to get a different room ready. Staff took care of the problem but should not have happened in the first place.

The room needs some upgrades and wasn't that clean. The carpet is old, dirty, and frayed in spots. Not enough towels in the room (only one bath towel). Bed was comfortable and the area was mostly quiet.

At check in our room was occupied..we walked in on the couple that was there. The next room was semi clean . The bed was terrible, the pillows were lumpy and low quality. This room was also near the lobby. So very loud. Sound proofreading was nonexistent. Finally, therecwas a weird window to the interior hallway, and vthe window curtain was broken, sonthe room was lit up all night. We booked 2 nights but left after 1 night sonce the room was so bad.

Our room had not been cleaned. Toilet needed to be fixed and still didn’t work right. Breakfast was the worst we’ve ever experienced. The only hot choices were sausage, hash browns and toast. Coffee was not working either.

Not at all like the pictures. Did not have restaurant or bar. Breakfast was horrible, burnt my hand on the hashbrown/sausage heater with no caution sign. Toliet did not work, room was filthy and outdated.
