Staff were not helpful at all. I booked a king bed room but was given a queen bed room. The room also had an issue with the sink not draining. The whole front desk environment was not welcoming. I had to cancel and go somewhere else with a lot of troubles and waiting on the call with ********** rep.

Seems like a very nice update/remodel. Modern. Very clean. Elevators/stairs. Nice staff. Close to freeway but no freeway noise, walking distance to ihop and fast food. ok - fyi, there are almost-peek-a-boo blinds, not black-out curtains. several rooms had beach towels or hotel towels draped over or stuffed under blinds to get some privacy. no hair dryer. the clientele during our stay was occasionally noisy, at all hours :{ but that can happen anytime... overall, i'm conflicted bc the room really was comfy, clean, and looked new and modern. but when you don't get a good night's sleep, you remember that too! to be fair, this was a good place for a short stay.

Room was missing TV, microwave, hair dryer, and a blanket. Had to keep asking housekeeping for a washcloth cuz I room didn't have those either. The dead bolt on the door didn't work which was super awesome when the front desk assigned another man to our room. My husband and I were asleep, when a random guy swipes in and wants to know why we were there. Also, did not appreciate the front desk tell me the next morning, it was security doing a wellness check. BS!!! That guy had a suitcase and was also ticked off! Didn't get refunded a single dollar.

Outside looks ok, but MANY people smoking, homeless, ********* looking people wandering around. Definitely not a safe feeling. Inside looks newly remodeled, but only in looks. You hear cars 50 yards away in road and any talking. Ac was extremely loud, which was a blessing when running drowning out noise way past midnight. Room had no blanket or towels let alone basics like a hairdryer. Wife was freezing if air was on and sweating when off. Definitively worth looking elsewhere

Amazing hotel. We stayed in a sister hotel in Boulder Colorado and absolutely loved it. By surprise we stayed in the base camp hotel there in Reno excited about that happy accident. The service and hotels are awesome. Even though one of their elevators was broken, We had a great stay.

The room was clean and newly renovated. The bed was excellent. The neighborhood was sketchy.

It was good. Until the lady at the desk told me Im not getting my deposit back! Because I smoked outside the room on the porch. She said I needed to go to the parking lot! Were there is multiple Tweakers are walking around at night

The ac was broken the fridge and microwave didn't work and it was really hot outside

Stayed for Aftershock weekend, felt super safe and comfortable and very satisfied with the complimentary breakfast and other food options within walking distance. Absolutely would stay here again!
