It’s good for the price paid. Don’t expect a luxury stay. It’s good for on budget, safe, and shorty stay. I would come back again!

This Quality Inn seemed to indicate a better condition than what it was in real life. For the price, it was not worth it and felt that a Motel 6 could have been equal condition but less price. There was a lot of water damage in my room and the beds were quite hard. One of the pillows was completely shredded. One of the closest stairwells to my room had a massive splattering of human excrement in two places, it was there for the duration of my trip even though I mentioned it to the cleaning crew.

Very loud at night with people yelling on the sidewalk, plus guests being loud right outside our room (all night long - different guests). One morning one guest put batter in the waffle iron then sat down; another guest took the waffle and when the first person politely mentioned they had been waiting the second said, "Do you want to take this outside?" Staff could have stepped in but chose not to. Room heater woke us up both nights, it was so loud. Overall we did not feel safe and we will not stay here again and we will not recommend it to others. However the room was clean and the staff overall very helpful.

Front desk staff was very nice. The room had the amenities we were looking for; fridge and microwave (which many of the more expensive hotels do not have. Also free breakfast. The room had a slightly strange odor, the shower floor looked a bit stained, and definitely no view, but for the price, the room was fine. And free parking which is a plus!

It has much improved since the last stay. The breakfast is Waffles, 2 types of cereal and yogurt. Pretty basic but it is something. Room is acceptable. Nothing wrong. Water is hot and everything works. Very close to convention center!

This is more like a walk-up motel, nothing fancy, but the location is great and walkable to everything, it was clean and well maintained, and customer service good. Couldn’t find anyplace for recyclables.

I’ve stayed here a couple times due to location. Overpriced and below average. Leaving this negative review due to their poor customer service and strict non-refundable policy. Choose the other options nearby.

People were partying and drinking til 1:00am, front desk didn't answer their phone to complain. The bathroom stall had black mold in all corners of the shower and also the back wall. It took forever to check in since the person behind the desk was on the phone for a very long time.
