My stay at the Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residence was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The residence is beautifully designed — modern, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out to me was the level of service. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. The attention to detail in both hospitality and cleanliness was remarkable. The location is also perfect — close to great shopping, dining, and easy access to the rest of the city.
