Apparently friendly. Be careful with warranty cards. They charge non-existent fees. I received an email stating I was charged 25 francs for not cleaning a plate and a glass and not folding the sheets. Extremely high price for the service provided. Won't return. In apparenza gentili. Fate attenzione alle carte in garanzia. Addebitano spese inesistenti. Ho ricevuto la mail dove ho pagato 25fr per non aver pulito un piatto ed un bicchiere e non aver piegato le lenzuola. Prezzo altissimo per il servizio offerto. Da non ritornare. Apparemment sympathique. Attention aux cartes de garantie. Ils facturent des frais inexistants. J'ai reçu un e-mail m'indiquant que j'avais été facturé 25 francs pour avoir omis de nettoyer une assiette et un verre et de plier les draps. Prix extrêmement élevé pour le service fourni. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Great but comes with extra costs We went in the offseason so town was dead and very little attraction support outside the hiking. Office did offer bus pass in the valley, which is nice touch. Appartment was great, clean, spacious, nice kitchen. The reason for 4 stars is that they charge for sheets extra. I mean its kinda necessary to stay, should be included in room price. Bit deceptive. Besides that, i would probably stay there again, just prepare to budget extra $100 franks or so extra per night. Also checkout at 9 am. Wasnt big deal for us, but this is not a place to sleep in.

A perfect holiday apartment in a perfect place . The friendly staff and the whole place were just amazing . Very clean and in the kitchen you have everything you need . Cheese fondue pan , raclette grill , Nespresso machine etc. The included Saastal card was very convenient !
