Our luggage was lost and the staff was so friendly to us helping in every way possible. They called restaurants for us our first night as our phones weren't working and it was late on a Saturday. They honestly cared about us and when our luggage finally arrived, they were as excited as us! They were very responsive via email prior to our stay and spoke great English. We had 2 rooms next to each other with a quiet , private little alcove to add privacy for when we frequently moved between rooms. This is directly across from one of the gondolas (we skied 3 days). We could easily walk to the restaurants, shops, and we did so quite often. They were super responsive picking us up from the bus stop too. We'd stay here again for sure.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with a delightful espresso coffee. When I requested honey to accompany it, the attentive staff remembered this preference throughout my stay, consistently bringing me espresso with honey without needing to ask. This level of attention to detail truly sets The Capra apart. The hotel's facilities are equally impressive. The push-button showers are a standout feature, offering a luxurious and modern touch that enhances the overall experience. The spa and massage was amazing, and the hotels saunas and hydrotherapy pools, provided a perfect retreat after a day hiking. The Capra Hotel combines the warmth of a chalet with the luxury of a five-star hotel, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a personalized and memorable 5 Star alpine getaway. We will be back.

This family run hotel is an absolute treasure. We have been coming for several years and can't get enough of the warm atmosphere and quality rooms and meals. The sauna is a big plus as well. Conveniently located, next to the town centre, ski slopes and the parking. Thank you for several years of your hospitality!
