The accommodations are nicely furnished in a sleek, nordic style. Our room had a separate lounge area, big windows on both sides, and a hot tub. The staff is exceptional and goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The resort is about a 20-minute walk from town, up on the hillside, so they offer free rides to and from town. The resort itself does not have a restaurant but delivers a simple but fresh breakfast tray to the room in the morning. The resort is still new and, for that reason, had a feeling of being "almost there", with so many positives, but still a few things missing to make it a perfect luxury accommodation. Positives: -Incredible, concierge-style staff -Lovely sitting area with a big window and comfortable chairs, overlooking a quiet landscape and distant hills. -Super comfortable bed with large window right above to see the Northern lights if they appear -TV with Netflix -Heated bathroom floor -Nespresso machine with pods -Hot tub Drawbacks: -Needs more hooks and shelves throughout: entryway only had one coat hook, bathroom products were on the floor, no space to put personal washbag, little space for clothing -An extra towel or robe for the hot tub would be nice -15 minute hot water limit for the shower is a bit short for 2 people -windows over bed can't be darkened, so if light bothers you, sleep might be difficult -there's no reception or restaurant. I heard that they're planning on adding one, but for now, it feels more like an Airbnb.
