"這家旅館不錯，地點優越，就在海濱第二排，緊鄰商店。房間寬敞，設施齊全。由於O Voyages旅行社的緣故，飯店裡有不少法國客人；除此之外，小鎮上主要還是德國人和英國人。飯店提供法語娛樂活動。餐點不錯，不過開胃菜可以改進一下，因為總是千篇一律。 「全包」套餐只包含部分飲品。當然也有更好的選擇，但價格更高；當然也有更差的選擇……而且價格也更高！"

CM 馬約卡宮殿飯店 - 限成人

"We booked this hotel as a treat to ourselves and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were met by a member of staff who took our cases and brought them in to the hotel for us. Check in was great, asked to sit in the lounge with a drink and another member of staff came to us to check us in, another lovely touch! We were over the moon to know our booking of a double room had been upgraded to a suite. Our room was stunning, (bigger than some flats in the UK!) A walk in dressing area, huge main living area with ample seating and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. It was nice to have some UK TV channels available, not that we were on holiday to watch TV. Hotel cleaning staff were fabulous, we have never been in a hotel when towels are replenished twice a day. There is also a bag in your room ready loaded with pool towels for your use, another lovely touch. We didn't stay in the hotel for the entertainment as we went out every night, but seemed to be standard singing entertainment. All rooms over look the garden and pool, which looked really nice, but sadly the weather was too cold and windy for us to try. The restaurant is the only place which wasn't to our taste, but I wouldn't criticise the food, because we weren't keen, plenty of others seemed to be loving it. The restaurant staff were on the go all the time. Waiting on tables and replenishing food stocks (which seemed to run out quickly). As this was the first wk of the year, little tweaks could still be made to improve. Such as having an extra member of staff on the hot plate at peak times. One member of staff was cooking food to order which was nice, but equally, meant there was often a queue. Also, don't leave going for breakfast too late as we actually had to queue for a table - never happened before. There is another seating area off the main restaurant which we felt could have been opened up. But again, I wouldn't change our scoring as this is an easy fix. We didn't try the amenities as we were too busy, but they all looked to be of a high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel or staying here again."

"一同四人定了2間房 結果！😠😠😠 第二天早上在樓下泳池游泳，大概半小時，男朋友一直在房間，他剛下來我們準備上樓又一塊上去了，衹有這幾分鐘我們的房間沒人！ 上樓後發現一個老白人女在隔壁朋友房間****的剛準備出來，我們還不知所以的禮貌打了招呼。 收拾了東西就去下一站了，結果路上發現兩家包裏的現金都不再見了！一共四百多歐💶！！！明明我們下樓的時候都在！ 給酒店打電話就一頓敷衍，説他們沒辦法，説經理不在，説他們不能調監控，各種理由搪塞，我們説報警👮，他們就説那你就報吧！還把我們電話直接掛了！ 再打電話過去就是一直不接！😡😡😡 換個號碼才接了！ 很明顯就是把之前投訴的電話記住了！ 再打還是同樣的話術，就是什麼都不作為！ 很明顯前台和他們就是串通一氣！要不怎麼知道我們當天就要退房了？要不怎麼能精準把控我們出門的時間？🤬🤬🤬 他們就拿準了我們是中國人拿他們沒辦法！拿準了我們當天完要退房離開就算髮現也來不及找他們鬧了！這也太明目張膽了 平台應該嚴格審核一下這類酒店吧，專門坑人的"

"We arrived late afternoon having driven up from the airport. Tired, but after a warm welcome by lovely reception staff (Rafael booked a restaurant for us at our next planned stop - Gracias) and settled in into our tidy & functional room, we decided to pay the small additional cost for an evening meal. The buffet style meal was very good & the following breakfasts were also fresh with plenty of choice. The hotel is well located - although there was a noisy pub across the road (with a shocking “singer entertainer” - thankfully finished by 11pm) - a 2 min walk from the beach, although the hotel’s pool is excellent with plenty of sun beds available. Restaurants around are plentiful and varied in Sa Coma. I must also mention the excellent massage service given. My back was in tatters, but a massage session eased the pain & advice given was valued. thouroughly recommend this hotel for a nice little break."

"This was our second trip to Torre Blanca of the 2025 season because the experience we had was so great we had to go twice. We were made feel so at home and welcomed we had our second trip booked when we were on the runway in Palma heading home in June. The staff are amazing and friendly from the housekeeping to management. But the icing on the cake for us was the animacion team who at the start of our first trip were strangers became friends before our departure. Location is only a ten minute walk to Sa Coma beach with a courtesy shuttle bus every ten minutes. The food is amazing catering for everyone at every meal. Bar serves a variety of drinks to cater to everyone’s desires Rooms are always cleaned are perfect for a 3 star hotel. We have already put in motion our booking for next year"

"We have just returned from here and overall we couldn’t fault it for what we paid for it. The apartment was clean & had everything you needed. There was always someone at reception if you needed anything. There are a few things that could improve the apartment’s though; more suitcase space/rack, the fridge needed a good clean and rusted a little, better mattresses on the beds & some insulation in the walls. The pool is small and there aren’t many sunbeds but we never had any issues with finding one and there was nobody reserving them if they weren’t using them. The pool & area itself could be doing with a regular clean now and again. We had noisy neighbors and could hear everything! Overall, if you are looking for an apartment that’s close to everything, clean and fairly priced you won’t regret it."
