BJ 布蘭卡海灘飯店(BJ Playa Blanca)

The staff was kind, breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. It wasn't very busy. I heard some strange stories from other people but I wasn't bothered by anyone whilst staying. The weather was quite hot and my room didn't have any air conditioning, some nights were difficult for me to sleep. The pool area was amazing and the water was lovely. Everything is quite close, little restaurants and shops walking distance. There are bus stops around and supermarkets. Something for everyone!

Se algum dia estive em um hotel ruim, esse ultrapassou todas as expectativas. Coisa mais nojenta e porca acho q não existe. Quarto mofado, cabelo por todo o quarto de não sei quanto tempo. Para terem noção, as fotos que eles colocam é de um prédio principal, mas te colocam em um anexo que parece um filme de terror. Evitem por favor. Ah, o atendimento, é tão imundo quanto o quarto.

Le he puesto tres estrellas únicamente por el.precio, ya que es el hotel donde he pasado más calor en mi vida, no tiene aire acondicionado si pides un ventilador en recepción te cobran 15 euros al día , la balconera no la puedes abrir por el sonido que entra y la poca intimidad ya que están los balcones sin separaciones y puedes pasar de uno a otro sin esfuerzo o ver todo lo que hace tu vecino necesita una reforma urgente las racholas blancas de la piscina están marrones y lo peor de todo es la sangría , sabía a tubería podrida .no tiene animación solo el sábado por la noche canto una mujer canciones para gente muy mayor. Lo mejor la ubicación que está en medio de dos playas guapísimas y el director del hotel muy amable. El horario de la piscina es hasta las 17.00 horas pero luego te puedes seguir bañando bajo tu responsabilidad ya que después de las 17.00 no hay socorrista..

No vayáis! Las fotos no se corresponden para nada con la realidad Esta todo muy muy pero que muy sucio y asqueroso, no hay agua caliente! No hay nadie en recepción, no hay aire acondicionado, no hay cabecero en la habitación y las paredes están asquerosas y ay trozos que se caen

La habitación tenía mal olor, la limpieza por parte del servicio era escasa, las sábanas manchadas, azulejos del baño sucios. Todo en general muy deteriorado

So, what the Bible omits to tell us is that this hotel did have room. Mary and Joseph chose the stable instead due to cleanliness and the animals passing wind provided better ventilation and sounded better than the music blasting out total rubbish.

I booked this last minute as a surprise for my hubby I booked through Cheeky Trip I had a price in mind for all include They told me they wasnt the live prices and I wouldn't get one at that price and was put under pressure to book as i was told there were only a few places on the plane left i couldn't find this hotel has it kept coming up under bj playa Blanca and i even asked them to check if it was a same hotel and was told not to worry and go and enjoy it so i read the reviews and went with a open mind it was as we had no honeymoon with me being ill and disabled in and out hospital all time and just wanted a cheap holiday just me and him no kids As we got to the airport from the plane being delayed the transfer driver got lost and went down one-way streets we took over an hour longer transfer we arrived at 2 am to be told we had no room and they couldn't find are booking with very little English we worked out they found us on room for the night and to go back at 10 am and they change us rooms we went back at 10 am to a different person told us to say there that night we reported we had no hot water no lights on balcony again to be told to come back at 10 am went back at 10.30 the next day and asked for a room change to be told we needed to check out now we had no holiday no transfers and no fight and our holiday had been cancelled panic sent in we had no money to pay we had no Wi-Fi to email so I had to ring family to ring the travel agency to find out what was going on they to us to give them time and they sort it out we explained we only had an hour or we be out and they had our passports I brought extra date to email them myself to and even rang they kept saying not to worry how can u not worried when hotel wanted us out in 20 mins they told us not to move we talked the hotel into giving us an extra day on the agreement I would pay if I had to we spent the full day to 6 pm on the phone panicking we could leave the ground or eat with worry we was only they 4 days so we still had no hot water or lights they agreed to change us rooms we had a smallest fan it was facing pool so the sun was shining all day and it was red hot no air con we had to pay for a fridge and fan at 5 euros a night they was no kitchen area no cups no fridge nothing with it being b and b u would expect a little fridge. so the new room was ready and hot still no lights working and the noise was unbearable people in the pool at 3 and 4 a.m. people partying on sun lounges at 5 am Breakfast was cold even if we were first in at 7.30 we went to the bar and brought a beer and cocktail was going back to our room past reception and the man shouting in front of about 6 people checking in asking if I ordered a beer and cocktail I said yes they tried to embarrass us saying we never paid and got dragged to bar area for them to speak in they own language and he replays ok This is a false advertisement at its best no Wi-Fi no crazy golf no karaoke no 24-hour recitation

This is the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. The hotel was disgustingly dirty, no air conditioning, staff were unhelpful and the food wasn't forest and not suitable for animals. The pool area was the worst, broken umbrellas, loungers and showers didn't work. Indoor pool and gym were out of commission

We read some pretty bad reviews before arriving so we were sceptical, but we don't think the horrible reviews are justified. Yes the hotel needs updating and the rooms don't have air con and just a fan which is still really hot, but the staff are lovely, the poolside was amazing. The bar has a great selection of drinks, the breakfast wasn't the best ill admit but we stuck to mainly toast, meats and cheeses. The rooms are nicely sized, the shower goes hot and cold (which I liked) the beds are firm but I found them just about right. The balcony is pretty big with 2 seats and a table, we had a beautiful view of the pool side and mountains in the background. The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels and bedding. The location of this hotel is FANTASTIC! within 1-2 minute walk you have multiple restaurants (I highly recommend Bibabo best food we found) Olympic is by far the best bar close by! Entertainment every night and the best staff. Beach a 1-2 minute walk, its stoned but if you walk 5 minutes away you'll find sand. Overall the holiday has been good, yes the hotel needs updating and different things for breakfast but I would definitely say go in with an open mind, don't always believe the reviews and make the holiday your own.
