Ich habe kürzlich ein Ncht im Hilton Garden Inn Rzeszów verbracht und war rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist durch die direkte Anbindung an das Einkaufszentrum „Millenium Hall“ besonders praktisch – Shopping, Gastronomie und Unterhaltung sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit – sei es beim Check-in, im Restaurant. Mein Zimmer war modern, sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm fand ich das bequeme Bett.Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und qualitativ hochwertig – frische Produkte, gute Auswahl an warmen Speisen, Obst, Gebäck und regionalen Spezialitäten. Das hoteleigene Restaurant bietet zudem abends eine abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte mit internationalen und polnischen Gerichten – absolut empfehlenswert. Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Business- und City-Hotel mit exzellentem Service.

Pyszne jedzenie podczas Restaurant Weeku w restauracji The Garden, wspaniała obsługa. Naprawdę cudowna kompozycja szarpanego mięsa z serkiem śmietankowym i włoską focaccią. Po wszystkim byliśmy na drinku na barze, bardzo przystępne ceny i smaczne koktajle.

The service is ok. But our suite had no soul or comfort. A single pull out in what was like a small conference room. We’re in day 3 and had no one tidy the room. They don’t have spare toothbrushes and when told (rudely) to buy one they didn’t have any left. It’s a very poor, bland hotel that should not charge what they charge.

Booked a room directly on the hotel’s website and got a reservation confirmation. A few hours later I get a generic email alerting me that my booking was cancelled for no reason. So I call the hotel and the front desk clerk explains to me that the hotel is sold out and his colleague casually forgot to block new bookings on their website. There was no attempt to reach me by any other means than an email – not a single phone call to let me know that my reservation was suddenly cancelled. I am on my way to Rzeszow and expect to arrive at midnight. Now I need to urgently book a different hotel. Imagine if I hadn’t checked my email just in case and would show up at midnight at the HGI Rzeszow and told only then that there was no room for me. Shockingly negligent staff and an appalling treatment of customers.

Just horrible staying. Since check in too long for all people. Room not clean too noisy with drill till 10pm. I have explained everything to the staff, the only answer was we are sorry. Nothing else. Please choose an other hotel
